Conditions of Attending Trip:

All attendees must agree to abide by the AFMS Code of Ethics, the directions of
the field trip leader and practice safe rock hounding. |

Call the field trip leader
beforehand to
sign up and for further information. |

Remember to wear your name badge and sign in and out with the field trip leader
(unless specified by Leader). |

A Consent and Assumption of Risk Waiver of Liability form must be signed upon arrival at meeting site. |
|
If you
are NOT a member of a CLUB/SOCIETY that belongs to the California Federation Mineralogical Society
(CMFS), you must contact
the FT leader before the field trip regarding insurance requirements
